About The Position

This part-time position is an on-site position at our Windsor Tepperman’s location, offering an immediate opportunity to join our team and fill a current vacancy. The Delivery Clerk is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while accurately entering customer information and coordinating customer pick-ups. Delivery Clerks are responsible for using various complex internal software systems to complete data entry in an extremely fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering friendly, courteous, and exceptional personalized customer service both in person and over the phone
• Coordinating all customer pick-ups in an efficient manner
• Updating reports to be used by Tepperman’s staff
• Using routing software and other computer applications
• General office duties
