Requirements
- Proven experience as a boat captain or in a similar role, with a valid captain’s license (USCG preferred).
- Strong understanding of boat operations, safety regulations, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as required.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport new and pre-owned boats to customers, ensuring a seamless delivery experience.
- Provide top-notch customer service, answering questions and offering guidance about boat features and operation.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed during delivery.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections and maintenance checks to ensure boats are in top condition.
- Complete necessary paperwork for deliveries, including bills of sale and warranty information.
