About The Position

Falls Delivery is seeking motivated individuals to deliver Amazon packages in and around Sioux Falls. This is a regular (W-2) employee position where you will drive a company vehicle, use a company mobile device, and wear a company-provided uniform. The role is physically demanding, involving significant walking and frequent entry/exit from the vehicle. You will be the face of the company, responsible for exceeding customer expectations by ensuring timely, safe, and accurate deliveries. This is a job with Falls Delivery, an independent company contracted with Amazon, not directly with Amazon.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years old.
Be able to speak, read, and understand English for safety.
Have proof of identity and authorization to work in the United States.
Have a valid driver’s license (a commercial driver’s license (CDL) is NOT required).
Pass a 5-panel pre-employment drug test (marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, PCP).
Pass pre-employment screening.
Be able to safely operate and navigate a delivery vehicle (cargo van), weighing 10,000 lbs. or less.
Be able to lift and carry parcels up to 50 lbs.
Be able to safely enter and exit a delivery vehicle 200+ times per day.
Be able to successfully use delivery devices and apps to complete daily tasks.
Be reliable, and report to work when scheduled.

Nice To Haves

Physically capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds.
Able to complete 200-225 stops, delivering 300-325 packages, at a pace of 25-30 deliveries per hour (10 deliveries every 20 minutes).
Able to enter and exit a delivery vehicle 200 or more times in a day.
Into athleticism, physical fitness, healthy eating, and getting adequate sleep.

Responsibilities

Deliver Amazon packages in and around Sioux Falls.
Consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure packages are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location.
Deliver small packages (< 50 lbs), door-to-door, from the warehouse.
Safely operate and navigate a delivery vehicle (cargo van), weighing 10,000 lbs. or less.
Successfully use delivery devices and apps to complete daily tasks.
