About The Position

Accelerated-Logistics, a Delivery Service Partner for Amazon, is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join their team as part-time Delivery Associates, with the potential to move to full-time after a waiting period. Delivery Associates will be responsible for completing assigned routes, which can include up to 300+ packages, within an 8-10 hour work shift. They will operate Amazon-branded transport vehicles and other company-provided vehicles. The team offers a fun and energetic environment with free snacks and drinks to start each day. This is a demanding job, but the company strives to make it enjoyable.

Requirements

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
Must be able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs) and be able to get in and out of a van quickly/often throughout a route.
Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van.
Must consent to a 4 panel drug test, including DMV vehicle record check.
Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
Can read and comprehend English.
A good work ethic, disciplined with attendance and a good attitude.

Nice To Haves

No experience required, starting pay is $21.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and safely operate company-provided transport vehicles, including, but not limited to, Extended Cargo Vans and Freightliner Step Vans.
Deliver packages on varying routes to numerous addresses, both business and residential.
Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
Interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.
Use handheld technology to manage the delivery process, and vehicle safety & maintenance procedures.
Complete assigned routes, which can consist of up to 300+ packages, within an 8-10 hour work shift.
Help team-mates with their deliveries (rescues) if finishing early and if they are running behind.
