Clutch is looking for a Delivery Associate to join our Field Operations team at our location in Mississauga. This role is ideal for someone who is hard working, organized, and driven with a keen attention to detail. The Delivery Associate will play a key role in maximizing Clutch’s ability to quickly list newly acquired vehicles for clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years experience transporting vehicles
• Comfortable driving longer distances.
• Have automotive experience and a passion for cars
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• A G Drivers License (valid in Ontario)
• 3 years of clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle condition and report any damage or visual issues.
• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle, both interior and exterior.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies while operating vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions, ensuring a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Flexibly respond to changing schedules and assignments, including weekends or extended hours if required.
• Support our Field Operation team in ensuring client vehicles are up to our quality standards.
