About The Position

ALL, Inc., a trusted wholesale distributor of world-class quality appliances, is seeking a Delivery Assistant to join their team. This role involves assisting with the loading, unloading, and securing of appliances for safe transport, delivering them to residential and job site locations, and safely moving and placing them inside homes. The Delivery Assistant will also support basic installation tasks, navigate routes with the driver, provide professional customer interactions, and maintain the cleanliness of delivery trucks and equipment. Additionally, support for warehouse operations such as inventory, staging, and organization may be required.

Requirements

Ability to safely lift and move appliances (50–100 lbs with assistance).
Strong work ethic and reliability in a team-based, fast-paced environment.

Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
Commitment to safety and following established procedures.
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
