About The Position

Affordable Home Furnishings is hiring a Furniture Delivery Driver to help deliver and set up furniture, appliances, and electronics in customers' homes. This role is ideal for someone looking for an active job that doesn't involve sitting behind a desk all day. The specialist will work directly with customers, learn valuable skills, and be part of a family-owned company that promotes from within. The position involves delivering and setting up merchandise, assembling furniture, demonstrating products, loading/unloading trucks, maintaining vehicles, assisting with showroom setup, and handling service calls.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift and move heavy furniture and appliances
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Class D Chauffeur's License required in Louisiana and Mississippi

Responsibilities

• Deliver furniture, appliances, and electronics to customers' homes
