About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Agent to join our team in Tampa, Florida area. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring mobility equipment is delivered, maintained, and ready to meet our customers’ needs—whether they are boarding a cruise, staying at a hotel, or attending an event. Requirements

  • Previous delivery driver or route service experience preferred
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License along with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check (including Motor Vehicle Record Check) and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must be 25+ years old
  • Basic computer and Microsoft knowledge required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Must have a flexible availability to work available days, evenings, weekends and some holidays depending on business needs.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds independently.
  • Ability to sit, walk and/or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, squat, crouch, or reach to perform routine or business-related tasks frequently.
  • Ability to operate a company cargo van or light-duty vehicle to transport mobility equipments safely and efficiently
  • Active participation in meetings is an essential function of this role. The employee must be able to consistently engage in scheduled huddles, meeting and/or team discussions using various platforms or onsite as assigned by your manager
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities with attention to detail and responsiveness.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating in a team environment.
  • Must follow all operational and safety procedures including safety and traffic rules without any exception
  • Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions and under pressure
  • Must have valid driver's license and be able to operate company vehicle to deliver and collect equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ability to operate a computer, phone, and standard office equipment as needed.
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn digital platforms for communication, documentation, and task management.
  • Regular attendance is required for the shifts scheduled.
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays depending on operational needs. (Typical shifts may vary based on delivery schedules and customer demand)
  • Timely responsiveness and presence during meetings and operational check-ins are expected.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal teams and external customers.
  • Deliver and pick up rented mobility equipment to cruise ships, hotels, convention centers, resorts, casinos and residences.
  • Operate company cargo vans or light-duty vehicles to transport mobility equipment safely and efficiently
  • Load, unload and secure mobility equipment for transport
  • Ensure every unit meets safety, functionality, and show-quality standards.
  • Provide basic equipment instruction and troubleshooting for customers
  • Clean and sanitize equipment prior to delivery.
  • Complete all required paperwork fully and accurately.
  • Ensure inventory management protocols are being followed in TrackAbout and Global Office.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations team.
  • Follow all operational guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed, including inventory organization and preparation.
