About The Position

The Deli Team Member position is a full-time role with overnight shift availability, including weekends. This role is responsible for providing excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner, maintaining a clean restaurant environment, preparing and serving food items in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations, and ensuring product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met. The position also involves accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records, adherence to government laws and safety codes, and completing incident reports following a 5-minute rule policy. • Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lb. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead

• Occasionally climb and descend ladders
• Tolerate extreme cold and hot temperatures and work in and around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises

• Prepares and serves food items in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
• Keeps accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records
• Follows all government laws and safety codes
• Completes reports on all incidents following our 5-minute rule policy
