About The Position

Deli Shift Leaders supervise team members in the hot deli area. They provide excellent guest service and assist the Deli Manager in ensuring food is fresh and the area is clean and well stocked. The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of food safety standards and experience in the food service industry.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position, especially in a restaurant or foodservice setting.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
