Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift to 50 pounds.
- Operate manual and power equipment.
- Work effectively in and around the public.
- Provide the highest level of guest service to team and guests.
- Perform physical labor.
- Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
- Maintain cooperative working relationships.
- Demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse population.
Responsibilities
- Providing premier guest service, including greeting them and responding to questions.
- Maintaining Coffee Cup’s high standards for product freshness and sanitation.
- Dynamically selling product by providing guests with information needed to make product-related decisions.
- Filling, maintaining and rotating products and displays.
- Operating cash registers, meat and cheese slicers, oven, fryer, microwave, cutting tools, scale, and other Deli equipment.
- Preparing, slicing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, and merchandising the department’s deli products. Deli products include deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, gourmet, and hot case items.
- Assisting in other duties, as assigned.
