The Deli Production Team Member is responsible for maintaining a well-organized and orderly deli area, monitoring and stocking the hot deli case with fresh items, preparing food to company standards by following process cards, and cleaning and organizing dishes and utensils.

Requirements

• Highly motivated self-starters
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays

• Knowledge of food safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Maintain well-organized and orderly deli area
