About The Position

Pilot Company is hiring a Deli Production Team Member to support its deli operations in a travel center and restaurant environment. The role focuses on keeping the deli area orderly, maintaining fresh items in the hot deli case, preparing food according to company standards, and cleaning dishes and utensils. Team members may also have opportunities to train for and gain experience in other roles within the travel centers and restaurants.

Requirements

• Be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand for most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
