About The Position

The Deli Production Team Member maintains an orderly deli area, keeps the hot deli case stocked with fresh items, prepares food according to company standards and process cards, and cleans and organizes dishes and utensils. The role is part of Pilot Company’s travel center and restaurant operations, where team members help serve guests and work collaboratively in an inclusive environment. The stated starting pay rate is $13.25–$18.75 per hour.

Requirements

• Be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
