About The Position
The deli production clerk's responsibilities are to support the kitchen with preparing items featured in our deli case, grab'n'go wall and self-serve counters. They will work at a fast pace to assist with preparing entrees, salads, side dishes and soups to keep fresh, abundant and high quality products ready to offer our guests while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment. They will also provide world-class service to our guests as needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work well independently or on a team
- Background working in high volume kitchen setting with knowledge and use of commercial kitchen equipment
- Basic computer skills
- A sense of urgency while paying attention to the details
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- A positive attitude is essential

- Preparing ready-to-eat foods
- Packaging and labeling all produced goods
- Receiving and breaking down loads
- Rotating product
