About The Position

Central Plains Co-op is recruiting for the position of Full-Time Deli Manager for our Marketplace Food Store location in Rosetown. The successful applicant will be responsible for the strategic direction and overall operations of the Deli Department, including overseeing inventory management, department budgeting, department business planning, department sales and expenses, completing claims and invoices, merchandising standards, supporting Team Members and Team Leaders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 5 years of Deli and/or Food Store Operations experience
• Understanding of Food Safe Handling
• Understanding of Fresh Food Department operation
• Understanding of inventory management
• Familiar with reading operational and financial statements
• Honest and trustworthy
