About The Position

Kowalski Companies is seeking a Deli Hot Foods Cook for their Shoreview Market & Wine Shop. This role involves maintaining the hot foods case, pasta bar, burrito bar, wing bar, and rotisserie chickens, adhering to company procedures for preparation, handling, sanitation, freshness, and quality. The position requires excellent time management skills to prepare for peak hours and strong communication to ensure the deli is well-stocked. Strict adherence to health and safety guidelines is mandatory. Food service experience is helpful but not required, as training will be provided.

Requirements
