About The Position

As Host/Hostesses at the Deli counter, you will greet and assist customers, manage wait lines, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will be answering product questions, offering recommendations, weighing and pricing product ordered by customers at service bar.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years and older
  • Safely use tools and equipment used in the daily operation of department
  • Great customer service
  • Good oral communication
  • Must be available for closing shifts

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a warm and friendly smile
  • Selecting, packaging, and pricing products ordered by customers at the service bar
  • Maintain work area organized and clean
  • Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
  • Assist in other duties, as assigned
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the store, offering assistance and support where needed.
  • Improve and maintain the efficiency of the store in order to reach success.
  • Be a positive ambassador for the store, representing our S.T.E.W. values in all interactions with customers and team members. You are the biggest WOW!
