About The Position

Pick ‘N Save, which merged with The Kroger Company in 2015, is looking for a Deli/Dept Leader in Wisconsin. The primary responsibility of this role is to create an uplifting and friendly customer experience through exceptional service by satisfying customer needs and exceeding their expectations. This role will also involve interviewing, training, evaluating performance, rewarding, and coaching associates. The position requires demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
