About The Position

This is a part-time position where the individual must be able to perform essential duties with accuracy and maintain a high level of productivity. The role requires excellent customer relations, promoting high morale through open communication, and maintaining good working relationships with other department managers to improve storewide sales. Teamwork is essential for success. The individual must comply with all company policies and provide a professional example for other team members. A key responsibility is possessing sufficient knowledge to teach others all fundamentals of deli production, including mixing, scaling, cooking, frying, and finishing. Maintaining coordination and communication with other departments is crucial for a smooth flow of products and service. Adequate department records must be maintained at all times.
