About The Position

This is a full-time position where the individual must be able to perform essential duties with accuracy and maintain a high level of productivity. The role requires excellent customer relations, promoting high morale within the department and store, and maintaining good working relationships with other department managers to improve storewide sales. The individual will be responsible for demonstrating and teaching all fundamentals of deli production, including mixing, scaling, cooking, frying, and finishing. Maintaining adequate department records and ensuring a smooth flow of products and services through coordination with other departments are also key aspects of this role.
