About The Position
The role of a Deli Clerk involves creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and encouraging other associates to do the same. As a Deli team member, you will establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. The Deli Clerk assists the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department and monitors all established quality assurance standards. Most importantly, as a Deli team member you should demonstrate Kroger’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
