About The Position

As a Full-Time Deli Clerk at Brookhaven Market in Mokena, IL, you’ll keep the deli counter humming—serving up neatly sliced meats and cheeses, packaged and weighed just right. You’ll also help the case look its best by keeping it clean, stocked, and ready for the next order. Friendly, quick conversations matter here: you’ll help customers pick their favorites and answer questions with confidence. You’ll operate deli equipment safely and stick to food-safety rules, while pitching in with restocking and basic inventory support.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to use the deli slicers
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of scheduled shift
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Previous experience in a deli or food service environment is a plus
