Requirements

Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Must have weekend and evening availability
Must be 18 years old to operate the slicer machine
Performs basic arithmetic including counting, addition and subtraction
Constant (67-100%): Walking, standing, lifting/carrying up to 25 pounds floor to waist, talking, hearing, correctable vision including near acuity and depth perception
Frequent (34-66%): Bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, lifting/reaching waist to shoulder, lifting/reaching above the shoulder
Occasional (1-33%): Working in refrigeration, pushing, pulling, lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds floor to waist, lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance floor to waist
Approximately 5% of the time: Administrative duties & sitting

Nice To Haves

Culinary experience appreciated but not required, training will be provided.
Preferred experience in food service like deli, catering, restaurant

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with placing and picking up orders.
Prepare and execute daily production list.
Assist with sanitizing and cleaning between customers.
Follow all directions accurately and in accordance with established production guidelines.
Work in an open, forward-facing kitchen.
Build salads, sandwiches, burritos, and other made-to-order items.
Cut and package meats and cheeses.
Stock shelves.
Interact directly with customers.
