About The Position

The role of a Deli Clerk involves creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, and assisting the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals. Responsibilities

• Creates an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service while encouraging other associates to do the same.
• Establishes and maintains a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return.
• Assists the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department.
• Monitors all established quality assurance standards.
• Demonstrates Kroger’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
