About The Position

Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) at Andrews Air Force Base. The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a large deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience working and managing a team in a retail deli / bakery operation
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Successful customer service skills
• Minimum 3 years management experience
• Minimum 3 years functional experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
