This role is responsible for creating outstanding customer experiences through exceptional service. The Deli/Bakery Department Leader will establish and maintain a safe, clean, and fresh environment that encourages customers to return. Key responsibilities include achieving sales and profit goals for the department, monitoring and controlling quality assurance standards, and directing and supervising all functions, duties, and activities for the Deli/Bakery department. The leader will also support the day-to-day functions of the Deli/Bakery operations and embrace the Customer 1st strategy, encouraging associates to deliver excellent customer service and demonstrating the Company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
