About The Position

Fred Meyer, which merged with The Kroger Company in 1998, is seeking a DELI/ASST DEPT LEADER to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. This role involves establishing and maintaining a safe, clean environment, achieving sales and profit goals for the department, and upholding quality assurance standards. The position requires monitoring all functions, duties, and activities related to the Deli department and demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages customers to return.
Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department.
Control all established quality assurance standards.
Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Deli department.
