About The Position
Are you passionate about great food, teamwork, and creating an exceptional guest experience? Picasso Restaurant Group is looking for a Deli Artist Lead to join our café team in the Domino’s Farm builind! Position Details: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Location: Domino’s Farm, Ann Arbor Type: Full-time, daytime hours (no nights or weekends!)
Requirements
- Previous deli, café, or kitchen experience (leadership preferred)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with leadership skills
- Reliable and punctual
Responsibilities
- Lead daily deli operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Prepare high-quality sandwiches, salads, and café offerings
- Train and support team members to maintain consistency and excellence
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service every day
