About The Position

The Defense System & Process Turning System Maintenance Tech monitors, troubleshoots, and optimizes the performance and security of critical defense or process control systems to ensure continuous, efficient operation. The role establishes, adjusts, and maintains defense systems and process tuning systems for equipment or product processes in the factory, monitors system indicators, and works continuously with Fab modules to improve performance.

Responsibilities also include maintaining servers and supporting related settings, coordinating system enhancement projects, communicating requirements with users, supporting application migration, and participating in technical training from headquarters. This is an on-site position at TSMC Arizona’s Phoenix, Arizona facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Management, or Information Management.
• Permission to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C/C++/C#, Java, HTML5, SQL, or VBA.
• Experience or skills in Power BI and AI.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance and security of critical defense or process control systems.
• Establish, adjust, and maintain defense systems and process tuning systems for factory equipment or product processes.
• Monitor system indicators and continuously improve systems with Fab modules.
• Maintain servers and support related settings, including routine upgrades and troubleshooting with application teams and virtual-machine solutions.
• Coordinate system enhancement projects and communicate requirements with users.
• Support application migration and participate in technical training from headquarters.
