  • Team leadership tasks include resource management, budget adherence, schedule, and proposal delivery compliance for the full proposal lifecycle.
  • Process and proposal training.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the development of Honeywell Defense & Space competitive and non-competitive proposals in response to government, international and commercial solicitations/Requests for Proposals.
  • Build, lead and manage teams of multi-functional individuals to deliver comprehensive, persuasive winning proposals in a short cycle time.
  • Define, develop, and coach proposal teams to respond to highly technical requests from external customers.
  • Implement a defined and consistent proposal process including proposal planning, leading the kick-off meeting; developing the proposal schedule; process leadership (compliance matrices, outlines, proposal reviews, etc.); assign team tasks, status maintenance; issue resolution; managing production support; post submittal proposal update management.
