Requirements

5+ years of experience as F-15 aircrew with 1,000 F-15 hours
Experience with JMPS 2020 or later
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of advanced weapon concepts and fighter tactics
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Ability to update the Link 16 Network Design Load (NDL) from OPSTASKLINK
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

10+ years of experience as F-15 aircrew with 1,500 F-15 hours
Experience serving as a Director of Operations Mission Planning (DOMP) Chief or Team Member
Experience with F-15 avionics and aircraft OFP Suite 9 or newer
Experience in Electronic Warfare principles and product development
TS/SCI clearance
Graduate of F-15 Weapons School

Responsibilities

Lead a team on projects for the DoD.
Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes.
Solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for the DoD.
Collaborate effectively as part of a small, high-tempo mission planning team under intense pressure, handling short or no-notice tasks and occasional weekend work for deployed issues.
Interface closely with the configuration control manager of Mission Planning Equipment (MPE) and JMPS.
Adapt to changing schedules based on F-15 units’ operational tempo, including on-call periods with possible 24/7 recall within two hours of notification on weekends and holidays.
