You’ll be a trusted advisor to our customers, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies and processes. You're just as comfortable planning material procurements on a Teams call as hitting the deck plates to physically oversee and assist installation activities. Requirements

  • Experience planning, installing and sustaining wireless networks afloat
  • Knowledge of DON computer networking deployments and strategy
  • Knowledge of naval shipbuilding practices
  • Ability to solve emergent problems with subcontracting, procurement, wireless network installations, resourcing, and system testing
  • Ability to switch day-to-day as required between the conference room and naval platforms
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or engineering

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Flank Speed Wireless network operations or installations
  • Knowledge of RF communications technology and testing techniques
  • Ability to manage complex teams or projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Project management or cybersecurity Certification
