We’re looking for an expert like you to drive solutions for missions that keep our nation safe. As a Defense Missions expert, you’ll bring your subject matter expertise as you lead a team on projects for the U.S. Air Force and other DoD organizations. You’ll lead efforts to modernize air operations capabilities. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and procedures to accelerate delivery of key capabilities critical to USAF and joint mission objectives. You’ll oversee the work we do for the Department of Defense and the solutions we deliver for military missions, strategic planning, defense mission planning, and national defense strategy. You served your country as a seasoned O3 or above — now, continue your mission with us. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for the U.S. Air Force. This position will require travel of up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a technical or engineering capacity
  • Experience planning unit involvement in multiple medium- to large-scale exercises
  • Experience as a U.S. military officer – O5 or above
  • Experience with unit-level mission planning and complex threats
  • Knowledge of current Air Force and Joint doctrines including agile combat employment and distributed C2 concepts
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Systems Engineering

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a MAJCOM or above staff position
  • Experience with HEMP and TEMPEST
  • Experience with systems engineering
  • Experience with product development or fleet management
  • Master's degree
  • Professional Military Graduate or Service equivalent
