About The Position

As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We’re looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe. As a defense mission professional, you’ll bring your analytical, strategic, technical, and installation lifecycle management expertise to work on projects for Marine Corps and regional installation commands. You’ll research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support efforts to advance the Force Design and Barracks 2030 initiatives, and improve installation and infrastructure management across planning, acquisition, utilization, operation, maintenance, and eventual demolition or disposal. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes related to installation lifecycle management, real property accountability, and regional command mission execution as part of service and joint missions. You’ll guide the work we do for regional installation commands and the solutions we deliver for military missions, defense planning, national security, installation management, strategic infrastructure planning, and defense mission support. Requirements

  • Knowledge of installation lifecycle management processes, including planning, budgeting, and execution for centrally managed projects such as MILCON, FSRM, or community projects
  • Ability to independently develop structures, standards, processes, and tools, and produce documentation for government review and approval
  • Ability to operate and maintain web-based information systems such as Microsoft products, dashboards, iNFADS, PAX, and installation lifecycle management tools, and recommend and track performance metrics
  • Ability to support real property accountability and assist the Regional Real Property Accountability Officer (RPAO) with real property inventory requirements
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Planning, or Public Administration and 10+ years of experience providing program or project management support, including tracking and reporting cost, schedule, and performance for installation and infrastructure portfolios, or Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience providing program or project management support, including tracking and reporting cost, schedule, and performance for installation and infrastructure portfolios

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Marine Corps regional installation commands or similar service-level infrastructure organizations
  • Knowledge of Force Design, Barracks 2030, installation portfolio management, or enterprise infrastructure reform initiatives
  • Ability to plan and support meetings and events, including agenda development, logistics coordination, minute-taking, registration management, and preparation of post-event materials
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Planning, Public Administration, or a related field
  • PMP or similar Program Management Certification
