About The Position

As a Business Program Leader, provide mission support for the planning, coordinating, and executing of exercises conducted by the client, authorized to obligate, and commit the Booz Allen team for mission support. Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture. Apply advanced military skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, mentor, and manage team members to ensure Army missions are fully supported and executed through the management of employees, performance to Warfighter Exercises (WFX), Risk Reduction Events (RREs), and steady-state activities, and work in conjunction with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and client senior leadership. The Program Manager manages personnel to ensure Army missions are fully supported to include management of employees, performance, recruiting, discipline, and any financial responsibility.

Requirements

10+ years of experience with leading large teams and programs and developing strategies
Experience with utilization of simulations in support of Army, Joint, and multinational exercises
Experience serving in a key developmental position at Corps or Division
Experience as a Colonel
Knowledge of Army and Joint doctrine
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Graduate of War College, including MEL 1
