About The Position

As the Defense CTO Cyber Capability Team Lead & Solutions Senior Director, you own our full‑spectrum Cyber portfolio—offensive, defensive, OT/ICS, and platform & weapons cyber—connecting strategy to execution to deliver secure, mission‑aligned modernization outcomes across Defense. You lead a high‑performing remote team and curate market‑ready offerings and talent that accelerate Growth (pursuit, solutioning) and Delivery (execution) from enterprise to edge. You also lead IRAD investments to shape, prove, and transition leading and bleeding‑edge technologies—both from partners and from novel approaches we develop—into differentiated customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business-related field or equivalent experience of four more years of work experience
  • 15+ years of progressive technical and team leadership experience with cyber, zero trust, infrastructure, and edge computing technologies in both selling and delivery contexts.
  • 20+ years of demonstrated leadership experience supervising and coaching employees on highly performing technical teams that deliver in a dynamic selling and delivery environment
  • SECRET required with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
  • Strong communication, analytical, time management and organizational discipline to drive highly technical teams in a rapidly evolving business environment.
  • US Citizenship Required

Responsibilities

  • Own the full‑spectrum Cyber capability: define and continuously evolve offerings across offensive, defensive, OT/ICS, and platform & weapons cyber; ensure each capability has clear value props, reusable assets, and delivery playbooks.
  • Curate offerings and talent for the market: build and govern a portfolio of Cyber offerings; develop talent pipelines, role profiles, and upskilling paths; ensure solution architects and delivery leads are aligned to priority pursuits and programs.
  • Lead end‑to‑end solutioning for Defense: translate complex mission requirements into compliant, compelling architectures; drive Zero Trust/RMF alignment in proposals, orals, and executive briefings.
  • Accelerate Growth and Delivery: shape opportunities, partner with offering owners and delivery leaders, and integrate capabilities to open new business and shorten time‑to‑value.
  • Direct IRAD strategy and execution: prioritize bets, run experiments and proofs, integrate leading/bleeding‑edge partner tech, and measure transition‑to‑program (T2P) and value created; operationalize wins across the portfolio.
  • Stand up communities of practice: produce patterns, playbooks, and reusable assets for modernizing enterprise and edge environments; broadcast wins and codify best practices.
  • Elevate delivery excellence: align methods to customer needs, enforce outcome metrics and operating cadence, and coach teams for performance in dynamic selling and delivery contexts.
  • Lead across a matrix: drive crisp decisions with executive presence; collaborate deeply across CTO, Growth, and Delivery organizations.
