About The Position
The position of Deepwater I&E Technician involves maintaining control systems on the platform, including calibration of equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting in the development of instrumentation and electrical (I&E) maintenance plans. A key aspect of the role is strict adherence to all safety standards to ensure a secure working environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3-5 years instrumentation / electrical experience working offshore on a production platform required
- PLC troubleshooting experience required.
- Honeywell notifier, fire and gas panel troubleshooting
- Testing and repair experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience with 14c & Yokogawa is a plus
- Switch gear experience preferred
- 4160v Medium voltage preferred.
