About The Position

The Deep Cleaning Attendant supports resort operations by cleaning assigned units, offices, and public areas according to quality and efficiency standards. The role requires communicating effectively with dispatch, team members, guests, and owners; responding flexibly to changing guest and business needs; and following company policies and procedures as well as applicable federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA requirements. The attendant also handles lost and found items, reports maintenance concerns and suspicious activity, maintains carts and supplies, and assists with linen and supply inventory. The position is at Mystic Dunes, a Hilton Vacation Club resort comprising 986 suites on 600 acres.

Requirements

• Cleaning background that includes homes, offices, or hotels.
• Customer service or similar related experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate in a friendly and effective manner with dispatch, team members, and guests to help ensure guest and owner satisfaction.
• Work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment, adapting to spontaneous guest demands and business needs.
• Follow company philosophies, policies, and procedures and communicate them to appropriate departments.
• Help ensure the resort follows federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA requirements.
• Clean assigned units, offices, and public areas in accordance with quality and efficiency standards.
• Accurately tag and identify lost and found items and promptly turn them in.
• Report maintenance problems, damage, or missing items to appropriate housekeeping personnel.
• Report suspicious activity to the Security department.
• Keep carts clean and supplies and equipment neat and orderly.
• Assist management in maintaining accurate linen and supply inventory.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with team members, management, owners, members, and guests.
• Perform other duties and special projects assigned by housekeeping management.
