About The Position

Maintain exceptional cleanliness of property by performing daily, weekly and monthly deep cleaning tasks. This role is responsible for deep cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, buffing, stripping, waxing and scrubbing floors. The Deep Cleaner will also operate high lift equipment for ceiling dusting, sweep, mop, dust and vacuum all areas of the facility including special cleaning required by management, and handle the removal and recycling of trash. Maintaining floor cleanliness and communicating inventory supply status to management are also key responsibilities. The position also requires maintaining and perpetuating a positive organizational culture and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
Must possess excellent communications skills.
Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
Must be able to efficiently operate all ride on floor equipment, including buffers and scrubbers as well as high lift equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
