About The Position

This position requires extensive knowledge of floor care equipment, as well as floor care cleaning processes, procedures, and chemical usage. The Deep Cleaner provides excellent customer service to employees and vendors in all situations. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Horseshoe Indianapolis policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and Indiana Gaming Regulations. Note – this position will not involve any function involving casino gambling by patrons.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of floor care equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of floor care cleaning processes, procedures, and chemical usage.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Understanding of Horseshoe Indianapolis policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Internal Control Standards.
• Understanding of Indiana Gaming Regulations.
