Dedicated Local CDL-A Driver (No-Touch) – Earn ~$1,800/Wk ($5K Bonus)
About The Position
We are seeking a Dedicated Local CDL-A Driver for a No-Touch Retail position. This role offers competitive weekly income, with an average of $1,680 to $1,915+ per week, targeting $87k – $100k yearly earnings. Drivers will benefit from a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with the first payout after the initial dispatch. The pay system is activity-based, including mileage rates, per stop/drop-hook rates, holiday pay, off-account support work pay, and detention pay. Full insurance and benefits are provided, including medical, dental, vision after 30 days, Day 1 PTO accrual, 401(k) company match, 2 weeks paid parental leave, and safety incentives. Drivers will return home daily and work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule, with a mandatory 6th day during holiday rushes. Dispatch times are early morning, between 12:01 AM and 03:00 AM. The operating radius is 250 miles out of Mehoopany, PA, covering multiple states.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum of 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.
- Ability to perform 100% no-touch loading and unloading.
- Must have a daily commuting vehicle.
- No riders or pets allowed.
- Must remain at the facility; no take-home equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer for dedicated local retail deliveries.
- Perform 100% no-touch loading and unloading using 48' & 53' dry van trailers.
- Adhere to a Tuesday through Saturday work schedule, with potential for a mandatory 6th day during holiday rushes.
- Complete daily routes within a 250-mile operating radius.
- Deliver to retail locations across CT, DE, ME, MD, NH, NJ, NY (including NYC boroughs like Queens & Brooklyn), PA, VA, and WV.
- Utilize an activity-based pay system including mileage, stop, drop/hook, holiday pay, off-account support work, and detention pay.
- Maintain daily commuting to the facility as automatic day cabs remain on-site.
