About The Position

Pure Freight Lines is now hiring CDL-A DEDICATED INDEPENDENT TEAM Drivers! Earn Up To $0.95 CPM! This position involves USPS / mail loads + dedicated freight, offering 6000-7000+ consistent miles with No-Touch Freight. Drivers can expect to be out for 3-4 weeks at a time with 5 days home, or discuss home time needs. Newer KW T680 & Cascadia tractors (2026 or 2027) with 53ft Dry Vans are provided, equipped with a fridge and microwave. The pay is $0.95 CPM Split (loaded + empty - all miles paid).

Requirements

• Class A CDL.
• 18+ months Class A experience.
• Clean record.
• No SAP drivers.
• Must submit to full background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Drive USPS / mail loads + dedicated freight.
• Maintain consistent miles (6000-7000+).
• Handle No-Touch Freight.
• Operate newer KW T680 & Cascadia tractors (2026 or 2027) with 53ft Dry Vans.
• Utilize fridge and microwave in the tractor.
• Adhere to the schedule of 3-4 weeks out / 5 days home, or discuss alternative home time arrangements.
• Ensure direct deposit every Friday.
• Receive layover & detention pay.
• Utilize fuel card + PrePass.
• Participate in DOT Passed Roadside inspections for bonuses.
• Refer other drivers for bonuses.
• Engage in performance incentives.
