As a Dedicated Client Service Partner, you will serve as an extension of the Cigna Account Management team, providing personalized onsite support to a key client, their HR team, and employees. The Dedicated Client Service Partner will work in Orlando, Florida (Onsite – 5 days per week with local travel to client locations as needed) In this highly visible role, you will build trusted relationships, resolve complex benefit and claims issues, educate employees about their healthcare options, and deliver insights that improve the employee experience and strengthen client satisfaction.
