Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver | Home Weekly Lane
About The Position
We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated account based out of Ocala, Florida. This specialized touch-freight position runs predictable, year-round regional retail routes entirely within Florida. Drivers unload freight at customer retail locations using a company-provided roller conveyor system. Routes originate at the dedicated distribution center in Ocala and serve markets including Miami, Fort Myers, the Florida Keys, Tampa, and Orlando. Drivers are home weekly for a full 34-hour weekend reset and may take their assigned brand-new automatic sleeper truck home, provided they can park it in a safe and secure location.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- At least 3 months of solo, verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Physically willing and capable of performing repetitive touch-freight duties and unloading full trailers using a roller system.
- Access to a safe, secure location to park a commercial tractor-trailer during weekly time off.
- Must live within 50 miles of Pompano Beach, Florida, or within 60 miles of The Villages, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Drive dedicated regional routes originating at the distribution center in Ocala, Florida, and deliver retail freight to customer locations across Florida.
- Unload freight at retail locations using a company-provided roller conveyor system.
- Park the assigned truck at a safe and secure location near home during weekly time off.
