About The Position

This dedicated account rewards drivers who want real earning potential tied to the work they actually do. It is a dedicated ATV delivery account with per-load and per-unit pay on top of mileage, not just a flat CPM. Drivers can expect consistent miles, with a fleet average of 2,550 miles per week, and top performers running 2,770+ miles. Drivers are permitted to keep the assigned truck during home time. The average weekly gross is $1,800 to $1,950, with mileage pay of $0.58 to $0.60 CPM. There is a Ranger fee of $75 per load plus $12 securement pay per ATV. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is paid out over the first 10 months. The schedule runs 14 to 21 days out with 3 to 4 days home. This is a hands-on delivery role where drivers set up ramps, unload ATVs at each dealership stop, and reset ramps before the next stop. Deliveries are generally scheduled during business hours, with some runs extending later in the day. Physical stamina is required in addition to driving skill.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of verifiable Class A tractor trailer experience in the last 5 years, including 6 months within the last 24 months
• No more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years (combined personal and CMV), no more than 2 in the last year
• No major moving violations in the last 3 years (this includes head on collisions, rollovers, hit and run, or leaving the scene)
• No more than 3 at fault incidents in the last 3 years, no more than 2 in the last year
• No failed or refused DOT drug tests
• No DUI in the last 10 years (personal vehicle), never more than one in a lifetime
• No felony convictions in the last 10 years
