Requirements

• Caregiving experience or CNA certification is required
• Dependable, punctual and prepared for every accepted shift
• Treat caregiving as important work and take pride in doing it well
• Communicate early and responsibly when a concern arises
• Respect client privacy, preferences and dignity
• Have reliable transportation and can travel to selected service areas

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support safe mobility, transfers and independence
• Prepare meals and provide light household support as assigned
• Offer companionship and respectful emotional support
• Follow the care plan and report changes or concerns promptly
• Communicate professionally with clients, families and the HomeWell team
