About The Position

Must be able to foster BEL USA'S mission and core values to help drive the organization towards a more constructive culture and higher performance. In addition, the Decorator will decorate products with decals and make sure our products are consistent with the customer’s request.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
1+ year of experience in Manufacturing/Production Environment, preferred

Responsibilities

Perform setup and preparation tasks
Load, position, and adjust unprinted materials on holding fixtures or in equipment loading and feeding mechanisms, when necessary
Utilize hand-eye coordination ensuring accurate placement of decals
Establish and maintain a consistent and rhythmic work flow for the Decal department
Inspect and examine decorated products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects
Place decorated items on trays to dry or set decal(s)
Must wear personal protective equipment, if and when necessary
Responsible for inspecting own work to ensure that the customer is receiving the highest quality product possible
Maintain a clean and organized work area including performing general housekeeping duties i.e. sweeping, etc.
Supports teamwork through active participation and/or by helping team ideas work
Reliable, regular attendance is essential
Performs duties safely and in accordance with Company safety policies
Other duties and special projects as assigned by Manager or Supervisor
