About The Position

The Lamination Tech removes all air from wet glass using a brush and/or roller. Applies layers of wet glass in many different applications. Installs different parts prior to glass work. Performs pattern cutting and rolling fiberglass. Properly uses resin and putty. Installs boxes, foam tanks and stringers. Grinds out small imperfections. Performs general housekeeping. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to work with a team
• Able to use drills and hand sander
• Able to follow instructions
