About The Position
Queries, summarizes and disseminates data to ensure the availability of timely and accurate information, upon which strategic and programmatic decisions will be made. Analyzes complex data sets and provides insights to support decision making. Develops and maintains decision support tools and models. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities. Conducts research and stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Presents findings and recommendations to senior management. Ensures data accuracy and integrity in decision support systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Health Informatics, or related field, required.
- Three years of experience in healthcare data analysis or equivalent, required.
- Two years of experience in SQL or other programming languages, required.
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, preferred.
